Terms and Conditions
1. These rates are based on availability.
2. The Hotel’s room rates are subject to $3.99 per night facility fee, 13%HST & 3.8% TIF.
3. For triples and quads an additional charge of $10.00 per adult applies; children 18 and under stay for free.
1. For team bookings, please contact Michele directly at (905) 374-4142, ext 255 and I can block the individual teams. Team members can then call the hotel directly to reserve their individual rooms (I will provide each team with instructions on how to do this).
2. The cut off date for both team bookings and individual reservations is March 07/16. At the cut-off date the hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. Any reservation received after the cut-off date, and 72 hours prior to arrival, will be accepted at the rack rate, if space is available.
3. All payments that are received less than one month prior to the group’s arrival date must be paid by credit card, money order, certified cheque, or cash (corporate company cheques will be accepted 30 days prior to arrival). No personal cheques will be accepted as payment less than one month out
4. Parking is available at a nightly rate of $10.00 plus applicable taxes.
5. Check in time is 4:00PM. Check out time is 11:00am.
6. Arrival times and all meal plans must be pre-arranged prior to arrival.
7. Guests of Alliance MD Championships will be responsible for any damages as a result of their function.
8. Early Check out: Those members of your team that wish to check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subjected to an early check out penalty. A charge of 100% of the agreed rate plus applicable taxes will be applied.
9. Group cancellation can be made by either party without penalty, provided notice of same is received in writing 30 days (or more) in advance of scheduled arrival. Rooms cancelled after the 30day cutoff will be subject to a charge equaling one night’s accommodation.

The above rates are for single or double occupancy. Triple and quadruple accommodation is available at an additional cost of $20.00 per person, per day to a maximum of four (4) adults per guestroom.
SPECIAL NOTIFICATION
Absolutely no sports equipment of any kind (hockey sticks, baseball bats, spikes etc) are permitted in or around the hotel. This must be left in your vehicle and is the sole responsibility of the Guest.

Individual room (in the group block) cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a charge equaling 1 night’s room and taxes. Please note; we require the following:

Liability for damages to the premises will be determined by the Hotel in its sole discretion and charged accordingly. Individuals will be held responsible for any damage to the premises caused or contributed to by their guest or independent contractor on their behalf.
